To access the QuickDialer panel, open the Options and Preferences window and select
QuickDialer in the menu on the left side of the window.
• Show company names: Select this option to include company entries in your
QuickDialer lists.
• Show fax numbers: Select this option to include fax number entries in your
QuickDialer lists. Selecting this option also displays fax numbers in Directory Viewer
context menus that you access when right clicking an entry.
